[About the role]
As a Marketing Designer in the Marketing team, you'll be in charge of creating impactful and creative design assets for projects such as marketing campaigns, sales material, product demos, event booths and more. You’ll work at the heart of a company that breath and live “great design”, and you’ll get to work alongside other highly skilled and talented designers, on a mission to take ProtoPie’s branding and visual messaging to the next level.

This position is based in Seoul, South Korea, and requires candidates to either reside in or plan to relocate to South Korea.


[Responsibilities]

  • Create high-quality, well-performing design assets for a wide variety of channels and platforms such as social media, ads, website, product demos, slide decks, print material, event booths, swag etc.
  • Oversee our brand guidelines and ensure that your own and other designers’ assets are delivered on-brand with a strong attention to detail.
  • Work together cross-functionally with Sales, Customer success, Creative technologists, Product designers etc. to produce impactful visuals assets and design elements.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow designers and marketers to continue evolving ProtoPie’s branding and marketing campaigns to impress our audience and contribute to the overall success of our business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ProtoPie, our ecosystem and our audience to be able to produce relevant and engaging visual assets.


[Qualifications]

Must

  • Fluent English communication skills (writing and speaking).
  • 3+ years of working experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Designer : Please attach your portfolio to the resume or application (Please use "Website link" for the portfolio submission).
  • Highly proficient in graphic design tools (such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of motion design tools (such as Spline, Blender, Adobe After Effects etc.).
  • Strong communicator and ability to collaborate cross-team to manage incoming requests from teams such as Sales, Creative Technologists, Customer Success etc.

Plus

  • Fluent Korean communication skills (writing and speaking).
  • Experience with ProtoPie or other prototyping tools.
  • Proficient with website builders (such as Framer).
  • Proficient with video editing tools (such as Adobe Premier Pro etc.).
  • Proficient with AI design tools (such as Midjourney, Sora etc.)

[Working Arrangements]

  • Flexible working hours (Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST in HQ).
  • Full-time position (during the first 3 months—the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).
  • HQ: Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea
