Growth Marketing Manager (China)

Role Summary

As a Growth Marketing Manager based in China, you will partner with our global marketing team and spearhead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website conversions across the Chinese market. We seek a results-oriented marketing professional with both online and offline expertise, particularly in social media, content localization, and event execution, to fuel growth for our SaaS platform in China. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead holistic campaign strategy and execution across digital and offline channels in China—including social media, email, paid ads, webinars, onsite and offsite events—ensuring cohesive storytelling and seamless prospect progression.
  • Oversee development of localized assets (emails, landing pages, ads, social content) and optimize CRM integrations to improve lead capture and reporting workflows.

Event Marketing (Onsite & Offsite Activation)

  • Strategically plan and execute both onsite (e.g., branded booths, live demos, activations at conferences) and offsite (e.g., pop-ups, roadshows, adjacent influencer activations) events to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Use live event tactics—like real‑time social content, interactive experiences, and visual storytelling—to boost engagement, create urgency, and generate shareable content.

Chinese Social Media & Community Management

  • Lead content creation, scheduling, and optimization across key Chinese platforms: WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Red), Bilibili, QQ groups, and others.
  • Manage official accounts end-to-end: write copy, coordinate visuals with designers, maintain consistent branding, and ensure all accounts are validated and compliant.

Localization & Cultural Adaptation

  • Adapt global campaigns for the Chinese market by tailoring language (Chinese/English), visuals, and messaging to resonate culturally.
  • Manage co-marketing efforts with local partners: resellers, influencers, design agencies, and on-ground activators to amplify reach and cultural relevance.

Performance Analytics & Continuous Optimization

  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs: lead volume, CAC, conversion rates, ROI, and event-level metrics.
  • Share insights and optimizations with marketing and sales teams to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.

Cross‑Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global marketing, design strategy, creative technology, and sales teams to align on strategic vision, content creation, prospecting approaches, and lead handoff processes.

Requirements

Must

  • 3+ years in growth marketing within B2B SaaS, with measurable results in China.
  • Native-level Mandarin and fluent English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with online (social media, email, paid ads, webinars) and offline marketing (roadshows, conferences, trade shows).
  • Demonstrate ability to both strategize and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and adept at engaging with customers across multiple touchpoints.

Plus

  • Based in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen.
  • Familiarity with product‑led growth tactics and startup environments.

Working Arrangement

  • Flexible working hours (generally from 9 AM to 6 PM CST).
  • Full-time position (during the first 3 months - the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).

  • Remote work is possible, if located in China.
