About The Role
Our PM Lobby House Person in Housekeeping is a full-time, hourly position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our lobby and shared spaces. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all guests and demonstrates a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellent service. What You'll Do
- Keep all lobby and public areas clean, tidy, and presentable to meet high housekeeping standards.
- Assist with daily upkeep and restocking of cleaning supplies and guest amenities in public spaces.
- Ensure all furnishings, floors, and surfaces in assigned areas are spotless and in good condition.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries or needs related to housekeeping within public spaces.
- Collaborate with other team members in the housekeeping and 40 Rooms department to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues identified in the course of your duties to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working in guest areas.
- Help set up or move furniture or equipment as needed for special events or lobby displays.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout shifts.
- A positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed for the nature of the role.
