About the role
- Premier Service Group is looking for a processor to join our team! This person will drive client satisfaction by maintaining a solution-seeking attitude, communicating frequently and continuously refreshing lender knowledge.
- The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
What you'll do
- Manage inbound customer and store communications - Answer incoming calls to address or field customer and store questions, requests and issues.
- Process applications and contracts - Accurately submit prefilled applications and/or complete financing contracts with provided information.
- High-Volume time management - Process real-time applications back to back, requiring a consistent level of attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes or systems as required.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculations, data analysis, and reconciliation.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and processing tasks.
