About the role

  • Premier Service Group is looking for a processor to join our team! This person will drive client satisfaction by maintaining a solution-seeking attitude, communicating frequently and continuously refreshing lender knowledge. 
  • The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. 

What you'll do

  • Manage inbound customer and store communications - Answer incoming calls to address or field customer and store questions, requests and issues.
  • Process applications and contracts - Accurately submit prefilled applications and/or complete financing contracts with provided information.
  • High-Volume time management - Process real-time applications back to back, requiring a consistent level of attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes or systems as required.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations, data analysis, and reconciliation.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and processing tasks.

Must reside in one of the following states: AL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI, WV, WY
