Bilingual Customer Service Professional - French/English

About the role

As a Customer Care Professional, Bilingual French/English you will be the first point of contact for consumers and sales associates seeking support with their claims in the incentive programs we manage. You will help resolve questions and concerns across phone, email and chat channels while delivering a positive customer experience that builds trust and satisfaction.


Québécois French speaker is preferred for this role.


This is an existing vacancy on a full time basis.


Compensation - Hourly $20, plus bonus, stock options and benefits


What you'll do

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, email, support portals and live chat.
  • Use our internal systems to investigate inquiries, resolve issues and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Build positive customer experiences by resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Capture customer interaction data accurately to support reporting and continuous service improvement.
  • Share customer feedback and emerging trends to help identify issues early and improve processes.
  • Recommend solutions that enhance the customer experience and reduce repeat inquiries.
  • Continue developing your skills, knowledge and capabilities to support career growth and advancement opportunities.


What you'll bring

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Previous customer service or customer support experience using phone, email and live chat.
  • Strong written, verbal and active listening skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective organisational, prioritisation and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues while working independently when required.
