IT, Compliance, and Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: 100% in person
Available shifts: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–6:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to provide basic IT support, assist with compliance tasks, and handle routine customer service needs. This role also provides backup support to our team and is a great fit for a college student seeking part-time work.

If you love using AI tools to solve problems, learn new skills, and make everyday work more efficient, you’ll be a great fit for this role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and provide help desk support to clients.
• Assist with compliance tasks, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Respond to routine customer questions and service requests.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
• Provide general administrative and backup support as needed.

Qualifications

• Some college education required; graduate-level study preferred.
• Highly professional attitude and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with professional business clients and users.
• Basic computer skills and comfort troubleshooting common technology issues.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Willingness to learn and support a variety of tasks.

This part-time position may become a full-time role in the future.

Retail or customer service experience is a plus—bring your people skills to a professional office environment.
