An independent food truck vendor operating on-site at Apache Nugget Casino is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations.

Position: Prep Cook
Pay Rate: $12.00/hour + Tips
Schedule: Hours will vary based on availability and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and food items for daily service
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations
• Assist cooks with food preparation and kitchen support
• Stock and organize food supplies
• Follow all food handling and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work varying shifts based on business needs
