Clinical Technician

ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Clinical Technician to join our team in Waldorf.

As our Clinical Technician, you’ll be creating access to care, supporting top-of-license practice, delivering exceptional patient experiences, and optimizing clinic efficiency. You’ll be part of a team focused on delivering a great experience for our patients, supporting one another, and continuing to grow and improve together.

What you'll want to know

• Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 DOE.
• Schedule: Part-time
• Location: Onsite at our Waldorf Clinic

What you'll do

• Prepare treatment areas and equipment ensuring safety and readiness. 

• Assist therapists in implementing therapeutic programs. 

• Apply supervised therapeutic modalities (heat/cold packs, electrotherapy setup). 

• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and adherence during sessions. 

What we're looking for

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (or enrolled in final year) in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Biology, or related field; OR completion of a certified technical program. 

• Preferred certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE), CSCS, ATC, EMT-Basic.
