About Argyle

Argyle is a fast-growing, remote-first, Series C startup solving a consumer data problem.

For decades, financial service providers and other businesses have collected and verified consumer income, employment, and asset data the same way: by hand or via verification databases. These methods are expensive, time consuming, high friction, and/or unreliable. In turn, experiences like applying for a loan or completing a background check are challenging for service providers and consumers alike.

The solution is Argyle. We’re the leading provider of direct-source, consumer-permissioned income, employment, and asset verifications. We make it fast and easy to gain secure and reliable access to the most complete real-time datasets stored in consumers’ payroll and banking accounts, so service providers can automate verification workflows, save time, reduce risks, lower costs, and build better product experiences.

Named one of America’s Best Startup Employers of 2025 by Forbes, Argyle largely serves the mortgage, government benefits, tenant screening, personal lending, and background check industries as well as the gig economy.

Founded in 2018, Argyle’s commitment to innovation is backed by investors including Bain Capital Ventures, Checkr, Mastercard, Rockefeller Asset Management and SignalFire.

About the role

Argyle connects consumers to their payroll data - and the systems our clients use every day are the distribution channel. Joining an existing partnerships motion, you’ll own a portfolio of technology partnerships: maintaining and deepening existing relationships, activating new integrations, and making it easier for our clients to get value from Argyle inside the tools they already use. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing to keep our ecosystem healthy and growing.

Responsibilities
  • Make Argyle a key ecosystem partner, expanding distribution for all Argyle products in systems our client’s use
  • Support implementation of technical product integrations/partnerships, including providing recommended API integration paths and step-by-step guidance to partners
  • Share partner and product knowledge internally, building out and maintaining partner hubs to keep the company aware of how Argyle is implemented in the ecosystem
  • Share roadmap features and new releases externally, working with partners to integrate the latest Argyle products/features into their offerings
  • Be highly cross functional. This person should work with the product team to improve product integrations and guide roadmap, the marketing team to market new integrations, and the sales and customer success teams to sell and onboard new clients onto our partnerships
  • Track the success of partnerships end-to-end, including key metrics (conversion, usage, volume) and revenue of each partnership. Share metrics with partners and find ways to optimize integrations to drive key metrics.
Who you are
  • Requirements
    • 2+ years in product management, partnership, solutions engineering, or enterprise customer success roles with exposure to external partner or client relationships
    • Comfortable in technical conversations with developers and product managers; familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, data flows, etc.
    • Self-starter, comfortable owning an area end-to-end with little oversight, able to navigate ambiguity and make decisions independently
    • Strong communication with external parties, confident running partner meetings, and navigating multi-stakeholder relationships
    • Actively uses AI tools in the workflow, e.g. for research, documentation, and analysis.
  • Nice to haves
    • Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up
    • Experience in mortgage industry
    • Familiarity with mortgage LOS and POS platforms (like Encompass and nCino) or payroll and employment data
