About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team, working across commercial projects throughout SEQ.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, driving the program, and making sure work is delivered safely, on time and budget, and above client expectations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Sequencing and site logistics to keep the job running smoothly
• Driving the project program, including preparing short-term look aheads, and reporting on progress
• Running weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to keep everyone aligned on program
• Managing quality through ITPs and ensuring all trade work meets drawings and specification
• Working with the Project Manager to keep the project on budget
• Building strong working relationships with subcontractors, the client and the wider ACC team

What You Will Bring

• 5-8 years' experience in commercial construction
• Cert 4 in Construction & Building Management (or equivalent experience)
• Solid understanding of WHS legislation and quality processes
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Current White Card, First Aid/CPR and open driver's licence
