About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented PMC (Production & Material Control) Specialist to support production planning and supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.

This role plays a critical role in coordinating material flow, production scheduling, inventory planning, and cross-functional communication to support efficient and scalable manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to support manufacturing operations
• Ensure alignment between production plans and material availability
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed

Material & Inventory Management

• Track material availability and ensure timely supply for production needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and help prevent material shortages or overstock situations
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams on material flow
• Support incoming material handoff and communication with Warehouse/IQA team

Supplier & Order Tracking

• Track purchase orders, supplier status, and delivery timelines
• Identify potential delays and proactively communicate with internal teams
• Support timely resolution of supply chain, delivery, and material shortage issues

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues and improve coordination
• Participate in cross-functional production, sales, warehouse, and packaging coordination meetings

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate production and material planning data
• Generate reports related to production, inventory, and material planning
• Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, procurement, or supply chain (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms) is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
