Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiation, and closing
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals
  • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, and finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
  • Participate in client meetings, business development activities, and industry events as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress
  • Support the development and improvement of sales strategies, processes, and systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
  • Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
