We are looking for a UX Designer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence by bringing clarity, structure, and usability to complex workflows.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will:

• Design well-structured product experiences: Translate product requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-level interface designs.
• Think through flows, states, and behavior: Develop designs that account for key interactions and system states, bringing structure to feature functionality.
• Prepare work for team review: Create designs that are well-resolved at a structural level and ready for collaborative refinement with UX, product, and engineering.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are grounded in user needs and technical realities.
• Contribute to a design system: Apply established patterns and interaction principles to ensure consistency across the platform.

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.
• You have experience with: Taking defined problems and turning them into well-structured design solutions within existing systems and patterns.
• You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.
• Nice to Have: Exposure to data, analytics, or developer-facing tools and familiarity with data modeling or databases.
