Key Responsibilities

- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and reduce pain.

- Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities tailored to each patient’s needs.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to ensure cohesive patient care.

- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in physical therapy.

- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing patient conditions.
