Bark's Distribution Center is where we configure, test, pack, and ship our hardware products — phones, watches, and other connected devices— to families across the country. This isn't a pallet-jack-and-forklift operation; it's a fast-moving, tech-driven fulfillment environment where accuracy, systems, and process improvement matter as much as speed. You'll work closely with, and report to, Bark's Distribution Center Manager.

What you'll do:

• Pack and ship daily customer orders with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Receive, verify, and manage inventory using our warehouse management system, keeping counts and records accurate
• Provision, configure, and kit hardware products (phones, watches, and accessories) following documented technical processes
• Inspect, test, and process returned devices, flagging issues and logging data as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols, and help identify ways to improve them
• Take on other related projects and duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Available Monday–Friday during standard daytime hours, 40 hours/week
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working through repetitive or process-driven tasks
• Solid time management skills and the ability to hit daily production targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and mobile devices/apps for daily work — this role runs on digital systems, not paper
• A problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in improving efficiency in a production/tech environment

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and moving throughout a shift
• Willingness to learn to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack or forklift) as needed — training and certification provided; no prior experience required
