Platform refers to a system where a central platform manages and distributes campaigns, data, or content across multiple connected channels or endpoints. It's strategic model used to streamline operations, unify reporting, and scale campaigns efficiently.

Job Description

Oddbytes is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver modern, scalable software solutions with a strong focus on AI.

In this role, you’ll work across different areas of engineering, from backend systems and APIs to AI-powered features, automation and production integrations. We’re looking for someone highly technical, adaptable and product-minded, someone who enjoys solving complex problems, learning new technologies quickly and turning ideas into reliable business solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is flexible, curious and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where AI, automation and emerging technologies are becoming an important part of the development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems, services, and APIs.
• Build and integrate solutions using LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows and third-party AI APIs.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features into existing and new products.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer productivity and delivery speed.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design, and engineering best practices.
• Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to apply them.
• Adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Java or Python, frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience integrating AI tools, LLM APIs or AI agents into software products.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Flexible mindset and willingness to work across different parts of the engineering stack.
• Proactive interest in testing new AI models, tools, and development workflows.
