The Opportunity

• We are hiring our first true Head of Sales — the owner of Medstation's revenue engine. This is not a "manage a script" job. You will build how Medstation sells: how consultations get booked, how our schedule stays full, how our membership products (MedCard) are priced and bundled, and how technology and AI make all of it faster than any traditional clinic can move.
• You will work directly with our executive team and our marketing team, with real ownership and a compensation model where your upside is tied to the revenue you create.

What you'll do

• Consultation volume: drive bookings and keep clinic schedules full across all locations
• Product & pricing strategy: pricing for MedCard and service bundles
• Bundle design: package our services in ways patients understand and want
• Sales operations: pipeline, follow-up, conversion — build the process and the numbers
• Marketing alignment: work hand-in-hand with marketing on campaigns and lead flow
• Tech & AI enablement: bring modern tooling (CRM, automation, AI) into how we sell
• High-level strategy: sit with leadership on growth decisions as we expand nationallye

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of sales experience with real revenue ownership (quotas, targets, P&L exposure)
• Experience in healthcare, clinic, or health-services sales
• Fluent Portuguese and English (you will sell to and serve a Portuguese-speaking community)
• Tech-forward: you already use (or are hungry to use) CRM, automation, and AI in selling
• In-person availability in South Florida (Pompano Beach)

• US citizens, green card holders, EAD and OPT holders accepted

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000/year (W-2 — OPT/EAD compatible)
• Uncapped productivity profit-share tied to revenue growth
• On-target earnings: $120,000+ — your ceiling is what you build
