Position Details

• Position: Front Desk Receptionist
• Salary: $3,000 per month
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: Every other Saturday, based on scheduling and operational needs, 8:00AM - 2:00PM
• Location: Must be available to work at both our Pompano Beach and Coconut Creek locations as needed, including Saturdays
• Work Arrangement: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Manage patient check-in, check-out, and registration.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
• Assist with daily front desk and administrative operations.
• Communicate effectively with Medical Assistants, Providers, and other departments.
• Follow clinic policies, procedures, and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese – Mandatory.
• Professional English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work alternating Saturdays.
• Flexibility to work at both Pompano Beach and Coconut Creek locations whenever needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception or customer service.
• Experience in a medical office, healthcare clinic, or similar environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare administrative procedures in the United States.
