Associate Producer

BSSP is looking for an Associate Producer who loves the craft of making ideas real.

You’ll help bring integrated campaigns to life across film, social, digital, print, and whatever comes next. This role sits at the center of the action—working with creatives, producers, vendors, and account teams to keep projects moving, budgets in check, and the work looking great.

If you’re organized, curious, and calm when things get chaotic, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Support producers in bringing integrated campaigns to life across channels.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and day-to-day production logistics.
• Coordinate with creative, account, and production teams to keep projects moving.
• Help manage vendors, bids, licensing, and talent.
• Assist in producing video, social, digital, and broadcast assets.
• Keep projects organized, documented, and on track from kickoff to delivery.
• Look for ways to make production workflows smarter and smoother.

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of production experience, ideally with some agency exposure.
• Experience supporting projects across film, social, digital, and design.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Comfort working with creatives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with production workflows including shoots, post, and digital production.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Slack and AI tools, like Chat GPT. 
• A calm, solutions-first attitude when deadlines get tight.
