Camlin Group is looking for an individual with strong ICT skills to join its Security Team at its Lisburn office. The successful applicant can expect to join a growing team and will report to the Information Security Manager. While being able to work closely with others, he or she will also need to demonstrate the ability to work independently. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

Candidates for this position will become part of an ISMS Steering Group. This Group has the following responsibilities:  

• Manage organisational risks relating to information security and the delivery of services.  

• Support internal and external auditors throughout audit activities.  

• Maintain the Information Asset Inventory and Risk Register, supporting Information Asset and Risk Owners with periodic reviews.  

• Maintain and regularly review Information Security policies and procedures.  

• Attend and actively participate in team and project meetings.  

• Prepare and update information security reports for the Senior Leadership Team.  

• Review, track, and maintain ISMS policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current and effective.  

• Record, track, and manage internal and external nonconformities and opportunities for improvement through to resolution. 

• Maintain and update various ISMS trackers, including Supply Chain, Maintenance Records, Physical Security, action logs, and project records, ensuring that all information remains accurate and up to date. 

Essential Requirements include: 

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. 

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience administering an ISMS, or experience in a similar Information Security, risk, compliance, or corporate governance role. 

• Good knowledge and practical experience of security within IT systems. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences and engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels. 

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. 

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business. 

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. 

Desired Requirements include: 

• Knowledge of ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and Cyber Essentials Plus.  

• Experience using GRC tools.  

• Experience with supplier and cloud service provider security due diligence.  

• Good project management and meeting coordination skills.  

• ISO 27001:2022 Lead Implementer and/or Lead Auditor qualification.
