Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for building and activating effective digital growth marketing strategies and campaigns that improve demand generation, pipeline velocity, and brand awareness in support of CAQH growth objectives. This role supports the performance marketing engine across the digital funnel including website optimization, SEO/SEM, paid search (PPC), paid and organic social media, email, and third-party digital platforms and ensures campaigns are measurable, optimized, and connected to revenue outcomes.


As the primary administrator for HubSpot and a key partner for Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, this role manages campaign build, landing pages, lead scoring, nurture programs, data hygiene, and lead flow management to accelerate MQL triage, conversion, and closed-won tracking. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager collaborates closely with Growth Marketing, Brand & Web, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to deliver integrated campaigns, actionable insights, and continuous optimization across the growth marketing tech stack (e.g., Demandbase, Google Analytics, SEMrush).


The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote, exempt position based in India and reports to the Director, Growth Marketing.


Specific Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Marketing Technology Management

  • Build and activate digital marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring consistent tracking and optimization across the funnel.
  • Administer and optimize HubSpot (CRM/MAP), including campaign build, landing pages, templates, contact database updates, data hygiene, lead scoring, nurture programs, lead routing/flow management, and user enablement/training
  • Partner with SFDC administrators to maintain reliable integrations, syncing, and lifecycle stage governance.


Performance Metrics, Reporting & Insights

  • Own growth marketing performance metrics and reporting, establishing a unified KPI framework and dashboards that show funnel and pipeline performance, and enabling data-driven decisions across Growth Marketing and Brand & Web.
  • Develop a strong understanding of CAQH products, customer segments, and the buyer journey to deliver meaningful lead-to-revenue reporting, including MQL triage effectiveness, conversion rates by stage, and closed-won attribution across existing and net-new clients.
  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting in Salesforce and BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI, Demandbase, Google Analytics), delivering insights, recommendations, and forecasting to optimize spend, channel mix, and pipeline velocity.


SEM/SEO, Intent & Attribution Analysis

  • Develop and execute SEM strategy using analytics and keyword research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Demandbase), in partnership with Brand & Web, to improve SEO/SEM performance and LLM/search visibility, impressions, reach, and conversion.
  • Implement and manage intent signal activation and multi-touch attribution approaches to measure the impact of marketing from brand awareness through demand generation on pipeline and revenue.
  • Monitor in-flight campaign effectiveness, identify risks, and activate optimizations.


Website Optimization, Nurture & Social Performance

  • Design and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, website experiences, emails, and ads to improve conversion rates and accelerate lead score velocity.
  • Lead build, activation, and optimization of nurture programs and lead scoring frameworks to improve lead quality, velocity, and handoff effectiveness
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to align lifecycle definitions and follow-up motions.
  • Support social media strategy activation for growth campaigns, including paid and organic posting, performance tracking, and optimization; partner with the Brand & Web team on analytics implementation to ensure a complete view of the digital funnel.


Budget & ROI Management

  • Track and optimize marketing spend across paid channels and platforms, calculate ROI, and recommend budget allocations based on performance, CAC/pipeline efficiency, and growth objectives.


Skills

  • Expert proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, dashboarding, and campaign performance measurement; experience with integrations, syncing, and lifecycle stage governance.
  • Advanced skills in performance marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Demandbase, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Ability to build/optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and web/landing pages.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate tests (A/B, incrementality) and translate results into optimizations.
  • Able to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Strong demand generation and buyer-journey marketing foundation, including lead scoring and nurture methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, MQL triage, and attribution approaches (single- and multi-touch) with an ability to connect marketing activity to sales outcomes and closed-won reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can work independently, prioritize effectively, iterate quickly, and stay current on performance marketing, digital, and marketing operations best practices.
  • Expert language fluency in English required. 
  • SQL skills are a bonus.


Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience managing or leading performance, digital or marketing operations required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or equivalent required.
