About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Technical Lead/Developer to join our engineering team on an initial contracted engagement with potential for full‑time conversion. This is initially a 6‑month contract (W2 hourly) with the possibility of extension up to 12 months. You’ll be joining a collaborative, innovative environment where you’ll lead full‑stack application development projects in the healthcare domain, working closely with product owners, client technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of full‑stack applications using Python, React, Next.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Architect and implement APIs, FHIR integrations, and healthcare data workflows to support interoperability and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of 3+ developers, ensuring delivery quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product owners and client technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps to ensure reliable deployments.
• Confidently represent the engineering team in client discussions, providing technical guidance and delivery updates.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of healthcare technology experience, with strong knowledge of healthcare data formats, APIs, and FHIR standards
• Proven expertise in Python, React, Next.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience as a Senior Developer and Technical Lead, with a track record of leading teams of 3+ engineers
• Strong background in full‑stack application development within complex, innovative environments
• Confident working with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product owners and technical stakeholders
