As the Clinical Training & Customer Education Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring clinicians, healthcare providers, and field teams are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to safely and effectively deliver NeuroStar® Advanced Therapy.


In this highly visible role, you'll lead clinical education initiatives, develop engaging training programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer success and patient outcomes nationwide.


What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve clinical education programs for healthcare providers, technicians, customers, and internal field teams.
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training, clinical presentations, hands-on workshops, and certification programs.
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing clinical education to drive confidence, adoption, and best practices in NeuroStar® Therapy.
  • Educate clinicians on treatment protocols, patient management, treatment planning, and safe system operation.
  • Develop presentations, videos, learning modules, assessments, job aids, and certification resources.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Product Development, Reimbursement, Sales Enablement, and field teams to identify training needs and improve educational programs.
  • Gather customer feedback to help shape future training, product enhancements, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Maintain training documentation, certification records, and program reporting while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong ability to communicate complex clinical concepts in an engaging and practical way.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with clinicians, providers, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • A customer-focused mindset and passion for improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-7 years of experience in clinical training, healthcare, medical devices, customer education, or a related field.
  • Experience interacting with healthcare professionals, clinical teams, or patients in a medical setting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical devices, behavioral health, neuromodulation, TMS, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Background in adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development, or certification programs.
  • Experience supporting field-based commercial or clinical teams.

Travel

  • Ability to travel approximately 60-70% domestically, including occasional evenings, overnight travel, and weekends.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
