OVERVIEW:

The COE Enablement Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Enablement team across all active initiatives, with primary support for the Quartile Academy and Knowledge Hub execution. This role is the operational backbone of the Enablement domain: keeping programs on track, content organized, deliverables moving, and stakeholders informed.

The Analyst brings 2–3 years of experience in enablement, operations, project coordination, or a related field. They are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel. Beyond execution, they have the analytical foundation to support reporting, track program performance, and contribute to strategic analysis when the team requires it. They work closely with the Enablement Lead and Specialist to ensure programs run with consistency, visibility, and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–3 years of experience in enablement, learning operations, content coordination, or project coordination in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar).
  • Clear written communication skills: able to draft learning content, SOPs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Comfort with data and reporting: able to pull, organize, and summarize program metrics without extensive support.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with SMEs, CS leads, and operations stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with LMS platforms (Seismic, Lessonly, Docebo, or similar).
  • Background in digital advertising, retail media, or Amazon Ads.
  • Experience coordinating content for onboarding programs or structured learning tracks.
  • Familiarity with certification programs from platforms such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or similar.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Program Operations — All Enablement Initiatives

  • Maintain and update the Enablement team's project tracker across all active initiatives, ensuring deadlines, owners, and statuses are current.
  • Coordinate cross-team logistics: scheduling sessions, sending communications, following up on open actions, and managing meeting notes and recaps.
  • Support the Enablement Lead with planning documents, team briefings, and status reporting for COE and CS leadership.
  • Assist in preparing materials for new initiative launches, stakeholder presentations, and enablement program reviews.
  • Track SME contribution commitments across programs and follow up proactively to keep content development timelines on schedule.

Quartile Academy

  • Maintain the Academy content calendar, tracking modules, deliverables, and SME contributions across active and planned tracks.
  • Coordinate all scheduling for the Buddy Program, shadow sessions, and new cohort onboarding logistics.
  • Track new hire progression through onboarding tracks and flag gaps or delays to the Enablement Specialist and Lead.
  • Support content development by drafting, formatting, and editing learning materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Maintain a content review log and flag materials due for refresh according to the established governance cycle.

Knowledge Hub

  • Organize and tag Hub content according to the dual-axis taxonomy (subject area and client profile), ensuring materials are easy to find and consistently formatted.
  • Monitor Hub quality: identify outdated documents, broken links, missing pages, and coverage gaps.
  • Coordinate with SMEs and team leads to collect, review, and publish new content on schedule.
  • Maintain version control across active pages and flag governance exceptions to the Enablement Specialist.
  • Track Hub utilization metrics and prepare regular usage summaries for the team.

Certifications

  • Maintain the centralized certification tracker with real-time status across individuals, teams, and platforms (Amazon, Google, Walmart, and others).
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to keep team members accountable to certification timelines and renewal dates.
  • Liaise with partner platforms to confirm certification requirements, deadlines, and program updates.
  • Prepare certification completion reports for the Enablement Lead and CS leadership on a regular cadence.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile program data across initiatives — completion rates, utilization, certification status, onboarding progression — into clear dashboards or summaries.
  • Support the Enablement Leads with ad hoc analytical tasks: pulling data, structuring comparisons, and preparing reporting slides.
  • Identify patterns or anomalies in program data and surface them proactively to the team.
