Front Desk Administrator

Overview

The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for performing administrative duties and clerical tasks. This individual must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, along with strong organization, dependability, and punctuality. Managing his/her workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, complex environment is crucial to this role.


This role has an in-office work policy that requires five days per week onsite. The hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and appearance of the physical office space.
  • Manage the Lunch Program and coordinate all daily lunch orders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
  • Answer, forward, and screen all incoming telephone calls.
  • Manage and order inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Oversee the meeting space reservation system.
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages daily.
  • Travel to the bank daily to make deposits on behalf of the accounting team.
  • Code Campus Group credit card bills monthly and FedEx invoices bi-weekly.
  • Provide support for Campus Group events, including assisting with research, planning, and day-of logistics.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks for executives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is recommended but not required.
  • Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.

  • Demonstrate the ability to carry out administrative tasks proficiently and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong self-starter, independent, and proactive with proven ability to operate with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

Compensation Range:

$25.00 and $25.96 hourly. Compensation is dependent on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The salary offered will align with the Company’s budgeted amount for the position.
