Coast Renewables is seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the Site Manager on a busy wind farm project near Dufftown.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager.
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation and filing systems.
• Manage timesheets, attendance records and workforce administration.
• Coordinate inductions, training records and site access requirements.
• Raise purchase orders and assist with invoice processing.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and head office teams.
• Organise meetings and take minutes where required.
• Ensure site documentation is up to date and compliant.
• General office administration and reporting duties.

About You

• Previous experience in a site administration or project administration role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
• Experience within construction, engineering, utilities or the renewable energy sector would be advantageous.
