Position description

We are seeking a highly motivated Surrogate Business Development Associate to join our Growth team and play a critical role in expanding our surrogate network. This is a front-line, high-volume role centred on building connections with prospective surrogates and helping them turn curiosity into a life-changing decision to support a family.


The ideal candidate is a passionate, creative, persistent communicator who is energized by connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Direct surrogacy experience is a major plus. 


Position responsibilities

  • Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound surrogate leads from initial inquiry through application submission or scheduled surrogacy interview 
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, texts, email) to engage leads within defined SLAs
  • Build rapport quickly, educate on the surrogacy journey, and guide candidates toward completing an application 
  • Deliver a compelling, personalized educational experience that reflects ConceiveAbilities’ brand and expertise
  • Use consultative selling techniques to understand motivations, address concerns, and overcome objections
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate, timely CRM documentation (Salesforce) to track pipeline activity and performance

Experience and skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead conversion, or high-volume customer engagement roles
  • Proven ability to manage a high-velocity pipeline and drive measurable conversion outcomes
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, including phone-based engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a personalized, human approach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle objections and maintain momentum
  • Passion for helping others and enthusiasm for the surrogacy journey
  • Prior experience in surrogacy, fertility, healthcare, or referral-based programs is a plus
