Main Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis to join the culinary team at Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills.

Born from the collaboration between Chef Dominique Crenn and the House of Dior, Monsieur Dior brings together two worlds defined by creativity, craftsmanship, and an uncompromising attention to detail. The menu draws on French technique through Chef Crenn’s distinctive culinary perspective, pairing exceptional ingredients with elegant, imaginative execution.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an accomplished culinary team in a kitchen where precision and creativity are equally valued. We are looking for cooks who are curious, driven, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a restaurant shaped by two internationally recognized names in cuisine and design.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of menu items according to established recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain consistency, precision, and attention to detail throughout preparation and service.
  • Keep your station clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for service.
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate ingredients to maintain exceptional quality and minimize waste.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team and contribute to a focused, respectful, and positive kitchen environment.
  • Receive and implement feedback from culinary leadership.
  • Uphold the standards and culinary vision of Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn.

Qualifications

  • Culinary education or equivalent professional kitchen experience preferred.
  • Genuine passion for cooking, craftsmanship, and hospitality.
  • Interest in French cuisine, technique, and fine dining.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
