ABOUT THE ROLE

Crêpes à Latte is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Lake Forest warehouse and trade show operations. This is a hands-on role focused on receiving, organizing, pulling, packing, staging, counting, cleaning, and preparing equipment and supplies for events. The role also supports inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical verification and performs basic equipment cleaning, operational checks, and minor routine maintenance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Receive, organize, label, and put away equipment, supplies, and materials in assigned warehouse locations.

• Pull, pack, stage, load, and prepare equipment and supplies for trade show and event shipments.

• Process equipment and materials returning from events; identify and report missing, damaged, or nonconforming items.

• Perform cycle counts and physical counts; scan and document equipment movements and report inventory discrepancies.

• Clean, sanitize, prepare, and perform basic operational checks on espresso machines, grinders, beverage equipment, small appliances, and other event equipment.

• Perform minor routine maintenance after training and report equipment requiring technical repair.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse, staging, loading, and equipment-preparation areas.

• Work with warehouse, logistics, equipment, and event teams to meet deadlines and follow Company safety, sanitation, equipment-handling, and warehouse procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Warehouse, catering, food-service, event, equipment, fulfillment, or similar operational experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count, organize, label, scan, and document materials and equipment.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Company warehouse and asset-management systems.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform routine equipment cleaning, preparation, and minor maintenance after training.

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day.

• Availability Monday through Friday, with possible weekend overtime based on business needs; ability to travel occasionally to trade show events.

COMPENSATION AND ENGAGEMENT DETAILS

This is a full-time, salaried nonexempt position based in Lake Forest, Illinois. The annual salary is $52,000 and is intended to cover a regular 40-hour workweek. All hours worked must be accurately recorded. Overtime is paid separately in accordance with applicable law.
