The Opportunity

We’re looking to connect with exceptional retail leaders interested in joining our Culture Kings Auckland management team.

We’re seeking commercially driven operators who know how to lead high-performing teams, drive results and deliver exceptional retail execution in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

You may currently be leading a flagship or high-volume store, overseeing multiple locations, or operating in an Area or Multi-Site Management role and looking for your next challenge.

The scope of the opportunity will be shaped around the experience, capability and leadership strengths of the successful candidate.

The Role

As part of our Auckland management team, you will:

• Drive sales, profitability, productivity and key retail KPIs
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams and retail leaders
• Build a strong culture of accountability, engagement and performance
• Use commercial insights and data to identify opportunities and drive results
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, brand and visual standards
• Maintain strong operational, workforce planning and talent management standards
• Partner with Retail Leadership to execute key business priorities
• Build leadership capability and strong internal succession pipelines

About You

You’ll bring:

• Significant Store Management, Multi-Site, Area Management or senior retail leadership experience
• A strong track record within high-volume, fast-paced retail environments
• Proven commercial success across sales, wages, productivity and profitability
• Experience leading and developing managers and high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence using data to drive action
• A hands-on leadership style with high standards and strong accountability
• The ability to move between strategic thinking and operational execution
• A genuine passion for retail, fashion, streetwear and culture
