Talent Partner
CURATE GROUP
Role: Talent Partner, Curate Group
Reports to: Chief of Staff
Contract: One year FTC with the opportunity to extend
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Curate Group is a dynamic events and experiences company, creating unforgettable moments that bring people together. We specialise in unique, high-quality live events - from large scale festivals, immersive concerts, cultural experiences and corporate events partnering with some of the world’s most exciting brands.
Our mission is to bring people together for fun, connection and moments that last. As a growing business, we value curiosity, collaboration and a people-first approach, giving our team the freedom and support to innovate and thrive.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Talent Partner to help Curate Group attract, hire and retain exceptional people as we continue to grow across the UK, US and EU.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role with real ownership. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand our growth plans, shape hiring briefs and find the people who will make the biggest difference to our business. From building talent pipelines and proactively headhunting to managing interviews, offers and onboarding, you’ll own the process from first conversation to successful hire.
We’re not looking for someone who simply posts jobs and waits for applications. We want someone who enjoys the hunt, thinks creatively about where to find great people and knows how to balance speed with quality. You’ll use data, AI and smart recruitment tools to work efficiently, challenge the status quo and continually improve how we hire.
Curate Group is an ambitious, entrepreneurial business, home to Lumos Experiences and a growing portfolio of experience-led brands. We move quickly, give people ownership and encourage ideas at every level. As we scale, the people we bring into the business will have a direct impact on what we can achieve next.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape our talent function, work closely with senior leaders and build a reputation as a trusted partner across the business. There’s also a performance-related bonus for successful placements, recognising the impact you make.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end recruitment: Own agreed vacancies from initial briefing through to offer, acceptance and onboarding, ensuring every search is well managed and delivered to a high standard.
- Proactive sourcing and headhunting: Build talent pipelines, map relevant markets, identify target candidates and use creative outreach to find great people beyond inbound applications.
- Hiring manager partnership: Work closely with managers to understand role requirements, challenge briefs where needed, agree priorities and keep hiring decisions moving.
- Recruitment strategy: Translate business growth plans into practical hiring activity, helping identify where and when we need to recruit and how best to reach the right talent.
- Candidate experience: Deliver a responsive, engaging and professional experience at every stage, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected and excited about the opportunity.
- Hiring process and pace: Keep searches moving, proactively chase feedback and decisions, manage competing priorities and continually look for ways to reduce time to hire without compromising quality.
- Recruitment marketing: Write compelling job adverts and outreach messages that communicate our opportunities, culture and ambitions in a way that attracts the right people.
- ATS and recruitment data: Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment records and use data to track pipeline health, time to hire, conversion rates and hiring outcomes.
- Employer brand: Be an ambassador for Curate Group, helping communicate why we're an exciting place to work and building relationships with talent in our existing and future markets.
- Onboarding and retention: Stay close to successful hires through their early experience, gathering feedback and helping ensure recruitment decisions translate into successful, lasting appointments.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to make our hiring processes more effective, consistent and scalable as the business grows.
- Supporting wider People & Culture and business initiatives as required.
