About the Job

This is a great opportunity for those starting in the data field and looking for hands-on, diverse experience. As a Solutions Engineering Trainee at Dadosfera, you’ll work on data analysis, modeling, dashboard creation, automation, and prototyping using real client and open data.

You'll collaborate closely with our CEO and CTO on strategic projects across industries like Finance, Healthcare, and Retail. The role blends data analysis and engineering, with a focus on practical impact. You'll also support community initiatives through meetups, webinars, and training. We’re looking for someone curious, logical, and eager to learn by doing.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization and structuring of data sources, ensuring the integrity and consistency of the information used.
• Participate in data modeling and the construction of analytical layers to facilitate data consumption and insight generation.
• Develop dashboards and interactive visualizations for end users, focusing on clarity, performance, and strategic value.
• Create Data Apps and customized analytical solutions according to business requirements.
• Connect and integrate external data sources (APIs, databases, files, etc.) in a secure and scalable manner.
• Collaborate with the technical team in configuring cloud environments, automations, and scripts needed to support the solutions.
• Work closely with users to understand requirements, test solutions, and foster a data-driven culture.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field (graduated within the last two years).
• Knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, and proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Independence, results-oriented mindset, and a proactive hands-on approach.
• Understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Linux, Cloud Computing, and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and distributed systems.
• Understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Advanced English.
