
Position Summary
Insights, the research arm of DataSpring, manages a coordinated, evidence-driven research agenda spanning both internally identified and externally focused projects. The portfolio includes established, ongoing studies as well as new research opportunities that:
The Sr. Research Analyst plays a critical role in helping the healthcare industry measure its progress toward a more efficient and effective ecosystem. The position owns research projects end to end, with an emphasis on survey design and collection, and is responsible for turning data into clear, defensible insights that advance the research agenda. Quantitative and analytical skills are needed, with the emphasis on using them to generate meaningful insights.
Beyond execution, this role serves as the bridge between tactics and strategy. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, the Sr. Research Analyst helps translate strategic priorities into concrete research plans, then translates findings into implications leadership and industry can act on. The position leads and drafts reports and issue briefs, shapes the framing and narrative around findings, and helps identify relevant emerging questions and topics worth exploring.
The Sr. Research Analyst is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Sr. Director, Insights.
