What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential customers, clearly communicating the value and benefits.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients in person and provide personalized solutions to their needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms align with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing insights on market and client trends.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your client base.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
