DuploCloud is an Agentic Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for DevOps and platform engineering teams. With DuploCloud, teams can automate any complex DevOps use case as an AI agent and deploy it to their entire organization in a matter of hours to days, instead of the months it has traditionally taken. Ephemeral environments, release management, deployment automation, Kubernetes upgrades, incident triage, security patching, compliance remediation, Terraform drift detection and remediation: each becomes a governed, multi-user agent that runs inside the customer's own cloud.
Our premise is the 70/30 problem: every DevOps workflow is bespoke, but roughly 70% of what it does is the same set of functions over and over (kubectl access, tailing logs, deploying a microservice, triggering pipelines, observability, compliance reports, cost dashboards, Terraform modules), while the remaining ~30% is the logic specific to that organization. DuploCloud delivers the common core as a shared platform and lets teams build only their custom delta as Agents on top. The product has two components: the Agent Platform, powered by ARMOR (Agent Runtime for Multiplayer Operations), which provides shared multiplayer AI sessions, workspaces, SSO and RBAC, secrets management, audit trails, human-in-the-loop approvals, token cost controls and a Model Router for per-workflow LLM choice across Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and open-source models; and the Coding Assistant, a Claude Code plugin paired with our DevKit that lets a platform engineer describe a use case in plain English, build and test the resulting Agent against a local copy of the platform on their laptop, and publish it to their organization. Agents ship with rich UX (forms, wizards, dashboards, status views) and are invocable from the Web UI, API, CLI, MCP, Terraform provider, and Slack/Teams. Routine, high-frequency actions run token-less as pre-coded scripts, reserving the LLM for judgment.
The platform runs fully self-hosted in the customer's cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, onprem) or DuploCloud-managed, supports SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI compliance requirements, and is used by engineering organizations from high-growth startups to the enterprise. Headquartered in San Jose, DuploCloud is a venture backed company, Series-B funded by WestBridge Capital and StepStone Group.
