Treasury Analyst (Treasury Operations)

Title: Treasury Analyst (Treasury Operations)

The Treasury Analyst supports the daily operations of a global Treasury function across 20+ countries and multiple currencies. The role is responsible for supporting Treasury operations, cash management, payments, cash forecasting, banking operations, reconciliations, bank account administration, KYC, bank guarantees, FX, payroll banking, and related reporting, while supporting the broader international Treasury organization. This position reports to the Treasury Manager.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the global payment processing activities in multiple bank portals and through the Treasury Management System
  • Assist the daily administration of the cash management processes
  • Support the cash forecast model with data input and analysis
  • Support bank account administration across international entities, new account openings, closures, currency-account additions, and mandate/address changes — together with KYC/AML, signer maintenance, and CRS/FATCA and W-8/W-9 documentation
  • Support bank guarantees, payroll banking, regulatory reporting, audit requests, bank confirmations, statements, mandates, and signer administration
  • Support Treasury process automation, system implementations, and departmental initiatives

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of use of banking enterprise portals for payment operations and reconciliation
  • Use of a treasury management system, such as REVAL is a plus
  • Use of an ERP system
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and excellent in learning new technology/work applications
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and growing organization
  • Strong communications, both written and verbal, in leading teams and coordinating with peers and other disciplines on driving projects/issues to closure
  • Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes/quality of deliverables
  • Superb ability to meet committed timelines, leveraging assistance/input from peers
  • Strong and effective team player in working with various disciplines and peer groups; can cover all gamut of tasks required to ‘getting a job done.’

Experience/Education

  • 2+ years of progressive experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • An AI fluent mindset that is grounded in process improvement and efficiency
  • Preferred: Experience in a multinational corporate environment with exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes
  • Experience in the Data Center industry, Construction or Real Estate environments a plus

·       This role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office
