ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager based in Atlanta to oversee a multi-state region including Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on both account management and new business development- someone who knows how to close and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.


This position is based in the Atlanta metro area and requires regular travel within the territory and industry tradeshows.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and account expansion
  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
  • Conduct a minimum of 3 in-person visits per account per season, along with consistent monthly outreach (calls/emails)
  • Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Prepare and deliver forecasts, reports, and performance updates
  • Support and drive successful product launches within both existing and prospective accounts


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in field sales (industry experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and growing a territory (“hunter” mentality)
  • Strong skills in negotiation, technical sales, and relationship management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • High sense of urgency, accountability, and work ethic
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • OTE: $90-100K (50/50 split, base salary: $40K–$50K, book of Business: ~$50K)
