About the role
Epiphany School seeks a seasoned upper elementary classroom teacher to join our upper division teaching team (grades 3 or 4) beginning August 2026. This individual will create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities, providing opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential. This includes designing and teaching the grade-level curriculum; assessing, evaluating, and supervising students; managing the classroom supplies and resources; communicating with families; and participating in robust professional learning and development. Upper division teachers strive to cultivate an environment that allows our students to develop leadership skills, actively engage and participate in their own learning, and mentor younger students.
The individual who will be successful in this role will demonstrate Epiphany School values, bring upper elementary school experience, delight in teaching children in this stage of development, work to develop student agency, and contribute to strong collaboration within a team.
This is a full-time, exempt, academic year position, reporting to the Upper Elementary Assistant Head.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is between $71,653 and $134,571 based on years of experience, education, and professional development credits according to our school’s Faculty Compensation System pay scale. When determining an initial offer, we carefully consider these factors and will ask the intended hire for documentation to verify the correct pay lane and step.
