K-12 District Partnerships Lead: New York City Metro Area

Everfi is a leading education technology company founded in 2008 that delivers digital learning solutions focused on real-world skills. The company provides scalable education in areas such as financial literacy, health and wellness, and workplace readiness. 


We are looking for a K-12 District Partnerships Lead to join our growing K-12 team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization to district administrators, curriculum coordinators, and education department leaders across an assigned territory — championing our programs, expanding their reach, and ensuring every district partner experiences measurable, lasting value. You will focus at the district level, embedding our programs strategically into district plans and driving adoption across schools and grade levels through consultative, relationship-first account management.


The ideal candidate will be based within roughly two hours of New York City and able to travel to the city as needed.



K-12 District Partnerships Lead Compensation and Benefits  

Target base salary range: $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience and education. Everfi may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, location, Company finances, and other operational considerations.

This role is eligible to participate in the Corporate Bonus Plan

K-12 District Partnerships Lead Responsibilities

District Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for district administrators, curriculum directors, and department leaders within your assigned portfolio
  • Proactively schedule and lead partnership reviews and strategic planning conversations
  • Align our program offerings to each district's curriculum priorities and student outcome goals
  • Identify and address district-level concerns, engagement gaps, and program utilization barriers before they escalate
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including Data Privacy Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, and partnership agreements

Account Growth and Expansion

  • Build relationships with new contacts at school districts, Departments of Education, and Educational Agencies through targeted outreach — including calls, email campaigns, social media, conferences, and referrals
  • Pitch and co-create long-term implementation plans with district administrators
  • Illustrate how our programs align to state standards and district curriculum priorities
  • Monitor program usage data to identify short- and long-term growth opportunities
  • Draft and submit responses to district RFPs in collaboration with the legal team, where applicable

Program Activation and District Enablement

  • Ensure district administrators and curriculum leaders have the training, resources, and guidance needed to drive program adoption across their schools
  • Deliver district-level presentations and professional development sessions
  • Coordinate with Implementation Success Specialists on school-level activation
  • Communicate course and curriculum updates to the broader implementation team

CRM and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date district account records in our CRM, including key contacts, meeting notes, program usage status, district health, and expansion pipeline
  • Contribute to regular team reporting on state and district-level overviews

Revenue Support

  • Proactively share engagement opportunities with Account Executives and Customer Success teammates to support new sales and renewal conversations
  • Serve as a K-12 education expert and regional advocate, joining customer and prospect meetings as needed
  • Help plan student events and identify districts well-suited for participation
  • Source potential sales leads through your district partner network


K-12 District Partnerships Lead Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience in the education field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience working with K-12 schools or districts in an account management, partnership development, or education consulting role
  • A demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with district-level administrators and curriculum leaders, navigating complex educational organizations with confidence
  • Strong consultative communication skills, including the ability to present compelling value propositions to educator and administrator audiences
  • Experience identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities within an existing partner portfolio
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and disciplined documentation habits
  • The ability and means to travel up to 30% of the time for in-person district engagements
  • A collaborative mindset, with a track record of coordinating effectively with teammates on shared accounts
