Overview

At Evotix, we’re looking for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and build the foundation for successful sales.


In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Executives, leading the first stage of the sales process—from prospecting and handling referrals to creating demand for our solutions and handing off qualified opportunities. Using a range of the best of breed sales tools.


What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities across South East Asia
  • Build, nurture, and execute a pipeline of net-new target accounts across assigned Asian markets.
  • Research companies that have not previously engaged with Evotix and identify where there may be a strong fit for our health and safety solutions.
  • Identify a minimum of 3–5 relevant contacts within each target account to increase the chance of successful engagement.
  • Complete research checklists to uncover relevant company insights, personalisation points, business challenges, industry trends, and regional triggers.
  • Build and maintain an active target account list within your assigned sector, territory, or country focus.
  • Use Winning by Design frameworks, including RRR, WWW emails, and SPICED qualification.
  • Leverage storytelling to create interest and connect prospect challenges to Evotix solutions, rather than relying on generic pitching.
  • Use sales technology and AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency, personalise outreach, and manage activity effectively.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and support a smooth handover into the next stage of the sales process.
  • Develop an understanding of different industries, buying groups, and business challenges across Asian markets.

What You Bring

  • A natural ability to build rapport with prospects and understand their needs, challenges, and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people over phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to tailor conversations based on what you hear.
  • Confidence delivering engaging conversations and introducing the product
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and persistence.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
  • Coachability and a willingness to take feedback, apply it, and continuously improve.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, contacts, and follow-up actions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience prospecting into Asian markets.
  • Experience working across countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, or South Korea.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the region.
  • Experience selling into complex, multi-site industries such as manufacturing, logistics, mining, utilities, engineering, construction, or facilities management.
