Frank & Eileen Careers

Head of Partnerships

The Company

Founded in 2009 by Audrey McLoghlin, Frank & Eileen set out to reinvent the women's button-up using the finest Italian fabrics often reserved for menswear. Named in honor of Audrey's beloved Irish grandparents, the brand has grown slowly and intentionally into a woman-owned, woman-led leader in sustainability and slow fashion. After seventeen years of steady growth through wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Frank & Eileen recently opened its first US flagship store—an Irish country house on Madison Avenue, NYC. This new chapter continues the brand's legacy of using entrepreneurship as a force for good while delivering generationless style to its beloved community of customers—all from our HQ in sunny California.

The Role

Frank & Eileen is looking for a Head of Brand Partnerships to build and lead the relationships that expand our brand, introduce us to new audiences, and deepen our connection with our community. This leadership role will own our partnership strategy across female founders, women we admire, women-led businesses, creators and influencers, cultural talent, brand collaborations, and events. The right person is an exceptional relationship builder who understands how to identify the people, brands, businesses, and communities that are right for Frank & Eileen, and turn those relationships into meaningful, brand-building programs.

This is not simply an influencer or events role. We are looking for someone who can think broadly about who Frank & Eileen should be in the room with, how we build authentic long-term relationships, and how partnerships can help grow the brand. The ideal candidate combines strong cultural instincts with exceptional relationship management and the operational rigor to bring complex partnerships to life.

Responsibilities

Talent & Strategic Relationships

  • Build and manage a high-value network of relationships that can meaningfully elevate Frank & Eileen.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with female founders, entrepreneurs, creative leaders, cultural voices, influential women, select talent, and other individuals who authentically align with Frank & Eileen
  • Build relationships with women-led businesses and organizations that can become part of the broader Frank & Eileen community
  • Build relationships for the long term, moving beyond one-off transactions toward genuine brand advocacy
  • Develop thoughtful strategies for product seeding, organic engagement, paid partnerships, campaigns, appearances, and other opportunities
  • Partner with the CMO and leadership team on priority external relationships and opportunities
  • Maintain a clear pipeline of priority relationships and opportunities

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and develop partnerships with companies and organizations that expand Frank & Eileen's cultural relevance and introduce the brand to new audiences.
  • Develop the strategy and pipeline for brand collaborations, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality partnerships, and other external opportunities
  • Proactively identify brands, with an emphasis on women-led and female-founded businesses, that have strong customer and values alignment
  • Evaluate inbound opportunities against clear strategic and commercial criteria
  • Lead partnership development from initial outreach and concept through negotiation, execution, and hindsight
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Growth, Retail, Ecommerce, Product, and other teams to bring partnerships to life
  • Develop fewer, bigger, more meaningful partnerships rather than pursuing partnerships for partnership's sake

Creators & Influencers

  • Build a modern creator strategy that balances scale with highly curated, brand-right relationships
  • Own Frank & Eileen's overarching creator and influencer relationship strategy
  • Develop direct relationships with priority creators and their management teams
  • Oversee external creator and influencer agencies, ensuring they are delivering against clear objectives and KPIs
  • Partner with Performance Creative and Growth Marketing to identify creator content that can extend into paid media
  • Develop a thoughtful mix of organic seeding, long-term relationships, paid creator partnerships, and larger talent programs
  • Establish measurement and reporting to understand which relationships, creators, and programs are driving meaningful impact
  • Continually identify new voices and communities that can introduce Frank & Eileen to the next generation of customers while remaining authentic to the brand

Events & Experiences

  • Lead the strategy for events and experiences that bring the Frank & Eileen brand and community together in real life.
  • Own the annual strategy and calendar for brand events, partnership activations, community experiences, dinners, store events, and other high-touch moments
  • Determine where events can meaningfully support brand storytelling, customer acquisition, community building, retail, partnerships, and PR
  • Develop concepts in partnership with the Creative and Integrated Marketing teams
  • Oversee external event partners and agencies as needed
  • Manage guest strategy and ensure the right mix of customers, talent, creators, founders, press, and cultural connectors are in the room
  • Build repeatable event formats where appropriate while identifying moments that warrant larger, one-of-a-kind experiences
  • Establish clear objectives and post-event hindsights to understand impact

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience across partnerships, talent, influencer/creator marketing, brand marketing, entertainment, events, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience developing relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, creators, brands, cultural leaders, organizations, and select high-profile talent
  • Deep understanding of the fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, creator, and cultural landscape
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a reputation for being thoughtful, credible, responsive, and highly trusted
  • Strong strategic judgment and an instinct for what feels culturally relevant and right for the brand
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners. Experience negotiating talent, creator, collaboration, sponsorship, and/or partnership agreements is a plus; this person needs to feel at least comfortable in this space.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to evaluate opportunities against both brand and business objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex relationships and initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment where strategy and execution often happen side by side
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Frank & Eileen's mission, customer, and commitment to supporting women

How You’ll Work

Partnerships touch nearly every part of the brand, so this role will operate as a highly cross-functional leader.

You will work particularly closely with Creative, Integrated Marketing, PR, Social, Growth Marketing, Performance Creative, Retail, Ecommerce, and Product to ensure partnerships are not standalone activations, but integrated into the broader Frank & Eileen marketing strategy.

You will also serve as a senior external representative of Frank & Eileen and should be equally comfortable building a relationship with a founder over dinner, developing an idea with another brand, negotiating with a talent manager, briefing an agency, presenting a partnership recommendation to leadership, or working with an internal team to execute the details.

What Success Looks Like

  • Frank & Eileen has a clear, proactive partnership strategy rather than responding primarily to inbound opportunities
  • We have a growing network of meaningful relationships with female founders, women we admire, women-led businesses, creators, cultural voices, brands, and organizations
  • Frank & Eileen increasingly becomes known as a brand that brings interesting women together and creates a platform for their businesses, ideas, and stories
  • Our biggest partnerships create cultural relevance, brand awareness, customer acquisition, content, and community, not simply impressions
  • Creator relationships become increasingly direct, strategic, measurable, and long-term
  • Events feel distinctly Frank & Eileen and strengthen the community around the brand
  • Partnership investments have clear objectives, KPIs, and hindsights
  • Internal teams understand what partnerships are coming, why they matter, and how they connect to the broader marketing calendar
  • Builds and develops a high-performing team, providing the mentorship, structure, and clear direction needed to execute efficiently and deliver results
