Head of Product and Partner Marketing

About the Role

The Head of Product and Partner Marketing is responsible for defining how Glooko's Connected Care offerings are positioned, packaged, and taken to market with hospitals and health systems, and for building the external partnerships that extend Glooko's reach and accelerate growth. This leader will own the market-facing narrative for Glooko's combined inpatient and outpatient glycemic management capabilities, from EndoTool's inpatient insulin management platform to Glooko's outpatient remote patient monitoring and CGM data platform, and ensure that narrative is grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs and economics.

Working closely with Product, Strategy, and Sales Leadership, the Head of Product and Partner Marketing will act as the voice of the customer and the market in roadmap decisions. They will make sure every offering is both technically sound and makes clear business sense to health system buyers. On the partnership front, this leader will identify, evaluate, and cultivate channel, co-sell, and co-marketing relationships that create scalable paths to market.

This role leads a team of 3-4 product marketing professionals and requires a strategic, commercially minded marketer with deep experience in healthcare, digital health, or health IT. The ideal candidate can translate complex clinical and technology capabilities into compelling value propositions for clinical, financial, and operational leaders. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our dedicated brand and communications teams, while maintaining a primary focus on driving product strategy, positioning, market enablement, and commercial partnerships.

What you'll do

Product Strategy and Roadmap Alignment

  • Partner with Product and Strategy to ensure the product roadmap reflects the priorities, workflows, and buying criteria of hospitals and health systems
  • Bring structured market and customer insight into roadmap planning through win/loss analysis, customer research, competitive intelligence, and input from Sales and Customer Success
  • Evaluate new offerings and enhancements for business viability as well as technical feasibility, including customer ROI, pricing and packaging implications, and fit with health system budgets and buying processes
  • Define target segments, buyer personas, and use cases across inpatient, outpatient, and transitions of care

Positioning, Messaging, and Market Narrative

  • Own the overarching market narrative for Glooko's combined inpatient and outpatient glycemic management capabilities, articulating why an integrated, across-the-continuum approach matters to health systems
  • Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for each offering and for the combined platform, tailored to key buyers including CMIOs, CMOs, CFOs, quality leaders, and population health leaders
  • Build clear, evidence-based value propositions that connect clinical outcomes, such as glycemic control, hypoglycemia reduction, and length of stay, to financial and operational impact
  • Maintain competitive positioning and differentiation against alternative solutions and the status quo

Go-to-Market and Launch Leadership

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and bundled offerings
  • Define pricing and packaging recommendations in partnership with Product, Finance, and Sales Leadership
  • Ensure launches are coordinated across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, and Marketing teams

Sales Enablement

  • Equip Sales with the tools to win: pitch narratives, business case and ROI tools, competitive battlecards, objection handling, customer case studies, and proposal content
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to refine sales plays by segment and buyer, and support key strategic opportunities
  • Develop and manage customer evidence programs, including case studies, reference customers, and outcomes data, in partnership with Clinical teams

Partner Marketing and Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize external partnerships that can scale Glooko's business, including channel and reseller relationships, co-sell arrangements, co-marketing programs, and technology or ecosystem partners
  • Build business cases for priority partnerships and lead or support negotiations in partnership with Strategy, Legal, and Alliance Management
  • Develop joint value propositions, go-to-market plans, and enablement programs with partners
  • Establish metrics and governance to track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and manage partner performance over time

Market and Customer Insight

  • Monitor market trends affecting glycemic management and health system priorities, including regulatory, quality measure, and reimbursement changes
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the market, customers, and competitive landscape for the Executive Leadership Team and Board as needed

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 3-4 product marketing professionals, setting clear priorities aligned to Connected Care's commercial objectives
  • Establish processes and frameworks for product marketing and partner management, including launch playbooks, messaging governance, and partner evaluation criteria
  • Define and report on success metrics such as pipeline influence, win rates, launch performance, and partner contribution
  • Work closely with Corporate Communications & Brand to ensure product and partner messaging aligns with Glooko's overall brand and corporate narrative
