Your mission is simple: protect the homes and families that trust us. As a Termite Technician, you are the front line of defense against one of the most destructive—and often invisible—threats a home can face. Termites don't clock out, and neither does the damage they cause, which means this role demands someone who takes that responsibility seriously.
This is real, physical work. You'll be drilling through concrete slabs, trenching around foundations, and crawling through tight crawlspaces and attics for hours at a time—hot, dusty, and cramped conditions that aren't for everyone. You'll install and maintain bait stations, conduct detailed inspections and reinspections, and perform full liquid termiticide treatments, all while following strict safety protocols. If you're not comfortable getting your hands dirty or maneuvering in confined spaces in full protective gear, this isn't the role for you. If you thrive in it—this is exactly where you belong.
Beyond the technical work, you're also a trusted advisor to the homeowners who let you into their space. Strong problem-solving, excellent follow-through, and genuine customer service aren't just nice to have here—they're part of what makes you a true Home Guardian. You'll need to communicate clearly, earn trust quickly, and leave every home better protected than you found it.
This isn't a comfortable job—it's a meaningful one. We got you – Go-Forth: Your home's guardian.
