We’re looking to hire motivated MHE Operators for our facility in Santa Fe Springs, California, who are excited to help us in our mission to be Customer Obsessed!

Role Details:

Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: Full time requiring flexibility across 7 days a week.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Operating the Material Handling Equipment (Order Picker and Reach Truck) for the appropriate task assigned;

Using the MHE to move and stock inventory;

Assisting with the receiving and storage of inventory delivered to the warehouse;

Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating;

Move, pick, pack, and scan items in a safe manner;

Loading and unloading of trailers;

Maintaining the integrity of GoBolt property (i.e. tools, materials, machinery);

Using additional tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies;

Following all 5S processes consistently and effectively;

Ensuring product meets quality requirements;

Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who align with our core values and:

Hold a valid Reach Truck AND Order Picker license;

Have a minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre operating as an MHE (order picker & reach truck) operator;

Are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English;

Have good computer skills;

Are able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis;

Have an exceptional ability to work individually and as part of a team;

Are detail oriented; 

Are able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the shifts;

Are able to adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies;

Thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment;

Possess valid documentation to authorize you to work in the United States.

Note: Candidates selected for an on-site assessment must present MHE license (from certified MHE training center) and US Work Authorization document(s) at time of interview and be prepared to go through on-site testing (safety shoes are required). If successful, candidates must clear background checks.
