Your Role & Responsibilities

There are multiple positions available at various portfolio companies.  Strong candidates will be matched with the portfolio company that is most suitable for their experience. Final selection decisions and any employment relationship, if established, will be made by and directly with the portfolio company, not Graham Partners.

The Chief Value Acceleration Leader (CVAL) reports to the portfolio company CEO and is accountable for driving the value creation program to achieve the strategic and financial objectives of Graham’s investment thesis. While functional teams own execution of individual initiatives, the CVAL owns the overall program – translating strategy to execution, driving alignment, facilitating governance, monitoring progress, and escalating risks and resource needs. As a peer to the C-suite and close collaborator with Graham’s Value Management Office, the CVAL acts as an integrator across workstreams to ensure clarity, discipline, and measurable P&L impact.
