Your Role

Graham Partners, a private investment firm based outside of Philadelphia, is seeking a dynamic and driven marketing professional to serve as Director of Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to help shape the external voice of a highly regarded middle-market private equity firm and play a meaningful role in how Graham Partners is perceived by founders, intermediaries, limited partners, and the broader market.

The Director of Marketing will report directly to the Head of Capital Formation and Principal of Investor Relations and will help lead the firm’s external brand and communications efforts — contributing to brand strategy, thought leadership, and messaging that resonates across all audiences. This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional looking to grow within the private equity industry.

The IR and Capital Formation team is responsible for managing relationships with current and prospective limited partner investors, leading fundraising efforts, and overseeing all marketing and communications activities for the firm. The Director of Marketing will work in close collaboration with the investment team, operations professionals, and senior leadership to develop and execute a broad marketing agenda. The Director of Marketing will be supported by an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager.
