The Role
Love fashion? Love people? We’re seeking dynamic Retail Sales Stylists to launch our stunning new store in Carmel Plaza! At Hammitt, you’re far more than a sales associate, you’re a storyteller, a style visionary, and a brand ambassador. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store, creating unforgettable moments for our customers, building a local community of Hammitt fans, and bringing our luxury experience to life at the Carmel Plaza.

What You’ll Do

• Create warm, immersive, and memorable customer experiences
• Bring our bags to life through engaging storytelling and expert style advice
• Build deep relationships and turn new visitors into lifelong Hammitt loyalists
• Keep the boutique looking fresh with the latest high-demand styles
• Collaborate with your team to maintain an organized, inviting, and inspiring shop

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of retail, customer service or fashion sales experience
• Clienteling experience (preferred)
• Associates Degree (preferred)
• Great communicator and active listener
• Love for fashion, style and an appreciation for accessories
• Positive energy, adaptability and teamwork
• Familiarity with Shopify and NetSuite are a plus
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
