Client is a full-stack performance agency built differently.
We bridge the gap between creative performance and technical development to help brands grow faster and smarter. Our work sits at the intersection of conversion, retention, branding, and experimentation — combining data-driven thinking with unconventional creativity.
We bring the capabilities of a large agency with the speed, flexibility, and close collaboration of a smaller team. We care deeply about the quality of our work, but we also care about building an environment where talented people can enjoy what they do, move quickly, and continue growing.
If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with smart people, and designing experiences that actually perform, you’ll likely feel at home here.
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help shape the visual and conversion-focused side of our digital ecosystem.
You’ll work across landing pages, product pages, email layouts, website experiences, and other conversion-focused assets for a variety of brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic side of design — balancing aesthetics, usability, and performance.
We value people who communicate clearly, collaborate well, and take ownership of their work without ego. You don’t need to know everything, but you should be curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
We’re also big believers in using modern AI tools to improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks, while still keeping the human side of design and storytelling intact.
Design landing pages, product pages, email templates, and web experiences that are visually strong, easy to use, and optimized for performance.
Create organized wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to help align internal teams and simplify execution.
Use modern AI tools to speed up research, ideation, layout exploration, and production workflows where appropriate.
Stay connected with the team through clear updates, feedback loops, and documentation across our internal systems.
Help maintain strong standards across hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility, and CRO best practices.
Strong working knowledge of Figma, including auto-layouts, components, variables, and design systems.
Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive layouts, conversion-focused design, and accessibility fundamentals.
Comfort using modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve workflow efficiency.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable working in platforms like Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace for day-to-day collaboration.

These are bonuses — not hard requirements:
We move quickly and value momentum, but we also support each other and keep communication open.
We believe good work comes from transparency, feedback, and alignment — internally and with clients.
We appreciate people who take initiative, think proactively, and help improve systems rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
Every person here has real influence on the work, the culture, and the brands we help build.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of brands and creative challenges alongside a highly collaborative team that values ideas, experimentation, and growth.
We care about building great work - but we also care about building a healthy, creative environment where talented people can do their best work without unnecessary bureaucracy or ego.
