We operate two locally owned and operated The UPS Store locations: one in West Monroe and one in Ruston, Louisiana. Our stores provide shipping, printing, mailbox, and business services to individuals and small businesses in our communities.
Team members work directly with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, helping them ship packages, produce print materials, and solve everyday business needs. Roles may include customer service, print production, sales support, and operations, depending on the position and location.
The Print Manager is responsible for overseeing all print production in the store, from file setup through final output. This role owns print quality, workflow, deadlines, and customer expectations.
You’ll manage day-to-day print operations, ensure jobs are produced accurately and on time, and serve as the in-house expert for print services. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to balance speed with quality in a retail environment.
