Bring the Confidence

Are you a relationship-focused, driven professional with a growth mindset? Do you thrive on breaking through challenges and excelling in competitive environments? You're not expected to have all the answers, but your passion for uncovering solutions and building strong partnerships makes you the perfect fit for this role. We’d love to hear from you!

The Consultant is a core contributor within the Strategy & Consulting team, responsible for owning discrete portions of deliverables and workstreams. This role balances strong execution with emerging strategic thinking — ensuring work is delivered with clarity, accuracy, and purpose.

As ICP continues to evolve into an integrated, insight-led partner to our clients, this role is essential to:

  • Delivering structured, high-quality work that drives decisions forward
  • Translating direction into clear, client-ready outputs
  • Increasing alignment and communication across internal and client teams
  • Beginning to connect client insights back into ICP methods, frameworks, and scalable learnings

This role blends hands-on delivery, thoughtful problem-solving, early client interaction, and growing confidence in shaping work outputs.  Consultants may contribute through strategic framing, solution structuring, or specialist depth expertise, depending on background and account needs. Both paths are valued as part of the consulting craft. Consultants may support multiple projects and collaborate closely with Senior Consultants, Principals, Solutions Leads, and Client Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Workstream Ownership

  • Own and manage defined portions of a workstream—from planning to execution—with increasing independence.
  • Produce client-ready deliverables and narratives with limited redirection or rework, leveraging either strategic consulting frameworks or specialist subject-matter depth to strengthen clarity, feasibility, and impact.
  • Apply ICP frameworks and consulting approaches consistently to drive clarity and structure.
  • Participate actively in internal and client discussions — sharing progress, questions, risks, and recommendations clearly.
  • Contribute to problem-solving by organizing information, identifying themes, and shaping next-step plans — either through structured strategic framing or application of specialist expertise, depending on the workstream need.

Client Engagement

  • Maintain positive working relationships with mid-level client stakeholders through clear, consistent communication.
  • Present updates or components of deliverables in client meetings when appropriate.
  • Ask thoughtful questions that help clarify objectives and business context.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs.
  • Bring forward relevant client observations or patterns that may inform reusable frameworks, templates, or best practices.
  • Engage in feedback loops and coaching sessions with Sr. Consultants / Team Leads.

Growth & Development

  • Actively build consulting capabilities in strategic framing, communication clarity, synthesis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Complete required training and proactively pursue development aligned to career goals and growth levers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in content creation and management, particularly focused on transformation to a modular approach.
  • Experience with change strategy, training strategy, and governance. Ability to drive strategic user adoption and engagement initiatives across global markets.
  • Experience with Pharma marketing processes, MLR workflows, communications, and approvals.
  • Experience with Aprimo DAM capabilities a plus.
  • Brings strategic problem-solving capabilities that enhances the quality of deliverables and strengthens client outcomes.
  • Strong executor who can organize complex information and translate direction into structured outputs.
  • Communicates clearly — written, verbal, and visual — and seeks clarification before moving forward.
  • Curious, proactive, and continuously improving; asks thoughtful questions to understand the “why.”
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and navigating ambiguity with growing confidence.
  • Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
